Alila Kothaifaru Maldives

Located in Raa Atoll a short 45min seaplane flight from Male, the ALILA VILLAS Maldives will feature 80 spacious villas combining innovative design and crafted luxury set in a unique location.

The project is a joint venture partnership between Sri Lankan based Sanken construction and Orca Holding. Located in Raa Atoll and featuring 80 villas of which 36 will be over water. Management of the resort will be given to Hyatt Hotels, under their Alila Brand. Designed by Singapore based Studiogoto who bring a passionate and holistic design approach to the traditional Maldivian resort experience.
